Just a quick character lineup, color looks different on my laptop so slapped the cheesy orange on just now :P And some really rough layout right there. haha

Well....it wasn't done all that quickly because I have so many characters....but it's fun. I am really enjoying making this film right now. I have to explore way way more, this isn't even me exploring really, just sketched and thought might as well slap some color underneath. I was having a hard time figuring out whether or not I had a style with these designs or if I liked them at all, but thought... this is the most natural way I draw I think? So here it is... the design pretty much set? What do you think?

Now, for those of you who saw my leika, I need a title. So far I have Paperwall (too much like paperman), Ours (a bit awkward? but I like some sort of meaning like it), I really don't know just yet..I know it will come but..not good with words, maybe some of you are :) Oh and pleaseee if you have any feedback for me give me a shout =( Still working on the story here and there~ that'll never stop it seems..haha

PS: I know..I keep on seeing 'in need of life' too...suppose that's true too

First time I think I can say I have finally settled on my film,

or let's hope this is it.

The above is not going to be anywhere in the film anyways,

but it's moments like these that inspire me.

Just testing out the character designs as of the moment.

Not sure if I should be posting my progress on my film or try to not spoil it?

It happens to be about rain again doesn't it? 

I enjoy rain as long as it does stop at some point haha. Can't come up with anything more poetic right now.

(This is just another film idea thrown away for now)

Maybe it will be a project for the future.

Man this trying out brushes thing isn't working for me just yet@_@ can't get the look I want..and now am too lazy to fix it..might just go with the line version?what do you think?
PS: and yes..its probably recognizable as one of Photoshop's default brushes.haha;;
Should go grab some better ones. Going traditional for the next two.v_v perhaps. Edit: Nvm. Might as well go digital for them all.

Hm not a great piece now that I am done, I feel like there is so much more things I could adjust with it when I have the will power to just to make it at all decent..what are some things you can think of right off the bat I should change?

Theme Character Design

This project did take longer then it should. Mostly due to both portfolio week and 24hour film..and me really trying to figure out how to draw distinctive face. And still havn't figured that one out yet.
But I enjoyed the project overall=D Time periods are espicially fun to study and shall do more of this. Can be very very useful







I tried to do more o f a graphic style this time..I just hope it doesnt fall too much under 'no structure and no style' lol. I wish the lines are even thicker but..oh well, my hands are starting to hurt.

Oh and go to the screening guys, for our beloved and almost died making 24hour film! Next friday!

Eh.....Not really proud of these to be honest. Why I have not been proud with so many things..D: Cry..
Trying to balance working hard on everything and getting things done to do things I like more... But still..Hm...might as well work hard on all and kill myself?
