Film #001: Wallpaper

I have finally impulsively decided to just get this out here. My thesis film, Wallpaper!

I truly enjoyed this process and cannot wait to get my hands on the next project, whatever it may be! (Perhaps after me settling in to my new home and getting better flow of my new job. It's a time of many new beginnings in my life right now)

Happy film making everyone!

Train rides are the best.

I apologize for this massive post and me being too lazy to be selective. But I had enjoyed every single moment of the train ride from Toronto to Vancouver and would do it again in a heartbeat! I recommend this to anyone who would enjoy some quiet time and beautiful scenery. You can always ask me more question regarding my experience and further tips and such if you want. But for now, I am going to let the pictures do the talking. (Below are just a few I have done being in Vancouver. Again, SUCH a beautiful city.)

Studying the 50s and 60s. Part I

This is the only the beginning of an ongoing exercise I made for myself. I had gathered a bunch of photographs from a friend's family. They are absolutely gorgeous already as photographs, but I cannot help myself from trying versions of my own.  I know some of the people in these photographs or at least have mutual connections of some sort, I feel a lot more inspired to do these as well because of it.

Using these as an exercise for speed, color, design, style......or just whatever I feel like practicing on the day of. They are fun to do anyways.

Don't waste your paints..

especially your oil ones. Haha. At least the reason I am always left with so much paint, is that I do paint very thickly and have learned to not be clingy to my million years old paint tubes, and always have paint on your palette.

It's fun to do extra plein paintings anyways right?
